You have selected a custom or discounted package.
The primary publishing or design concept has been approved by you.
Revisions have been requested or delivered.
The cancellation is due to reasons not related to Self Publishing LLC’s performance or quality.
There has been no communication from your end for over 14 consecutive days.
You have violated company policy, service agreements, or terms of service.
You have hired another publishing company or freelance service provider for the same project.
The submitted creative brief lacks essential information required to initiate or complete the project.
You have demanded a complete change in concept after project development has begun.
The refund request exceeds the 7-day timeframe from the original purchase date.
You are closing your business, changing your brand name, or pivoting your project scope.
You cite reasons such as “change of mind,” “personal disagreements,” or “found a cheaper option”, which are not valid grounds for a refund.
You purchased a service bundle and are dissatisfied with one component — refunds will apply only to the specific unsatisfactory service.
7 days have passed since the date of your purchase.
Services like book marketing, SEO, domain registration, ISBN purchase, or hosting are strictly non-refundable.
For book design and formatting, refunds are not applicable once design has been approved and production initiated.
Refunds are valid only if your initial concept is disapproved.
No refund is applicable after revisions or changes have been requested.
Refunds are applicable only if the design is disapproved prior to revisions.
Once revisions are made or printing has begun, no refund will be issued.
Refund eligibility ends once files are approved for print.
No refunds are entertained for dissatisfaction after print approval.
An order can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for valid reasons only.
If canceled within the first 24 hours, 15% of the invoice will be deducted as a processing fee.
After 24 hours, 25% of the invoice will be deducted as a cancellation charge.

All official communication must be maintained via your registered email address.
If the client is non-responsive for 10 consecutive days, the money-back guarantee becomes void.
Once three delivery attempts or follow-ups have been made via email without a response from the client, the project will be considered accepted, and no refunds will be granted.
All prices listed on the Self Publishing LLC website are exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise.
You may request a refund only if the initial publishing, design, or editing concept does not align with your brief, and you request a refund within 24 hours of receiving that initial work.

If a refund is issued, all copyrights and usage rights for any concepts or files delivered remain the sole property of Self Publishing LLC. You may not use, replicate, or publish those concepts in any form.
Self Publishing LLC reserves the right to reject or cancel any project at its sole discretion. Misuse of our refund policy or unethical behavior such as simultaneous submissions to multiple agencies may lead to permanent account suspension.
