This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs the terms under which cancellations and refund requests may be made in connection with services and/or products purchased from Self Publishing LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing any service or product from the Company, the client (“you” or “Author”) acknowledges, accepts, and agrees to be bound by this Policy.
1.1 This Policy applies to all services and products provided by Self Publishing LLC, including but not limited to publishing, editorial, design, marketing, and merchandise.
1.2 All sales are considered final except as specifically provided in this Policy.
1.3 The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or terminate this Policy at its sole discretion and without prior notice, provided such changes do not affect refund requests already submitted and approved.
Refunds shall not be applicable under any of the following circumstances:
The service or package purchased was custom or discounted.
The primary publishing, editorial, or design concept has been approved by you.
Revisions have been requested or delivered.
The cancellation is for reasons unrelated to the performance or quality of services provided by the Company.
No communication has been received from you for more than 14 consecutive days.
You have violated Company policies, service agreements, or terms of service.
You have engaged another publishing company or third-party provider for the same project.
The creative brief submitted was incomplete or lacked essential information required to complete the project.
You requested a complete change in concept after project development had begun.
The refund request was submitted after seven (7) days from the original purchase date.
You are closing your business, changing your brand name, or altering the scope of the project.
Refund requests citing reasons such as “change of mind,” “personal disagreement,” or “found a cheaper option.”
Dissatisfaction with one component of a bundled service package (refunds shall only apply to the specific service deemed unsatisfactory, if eligible).
Services related to book marketing, SEO, domain registration, ISBN purchase, or hosting, which are expressly non-refundable.
Book design and formatting services once designs are approved and production has commenced.
Refunds are valid only if the initial concept is disapproved.
No refund is applicable once revisions or changes have been requested.
Refunds are valid only if the design is disapproved prior to revisions.
No refund is applicable once revisions have been requested or printing has begun.
Refund eligibility ends once files are approved for print.
No refund shall be issued for dissatisfaction after print approval.
4.1 An order may be canceled within seven (7) days of purchase for valid reasons only.
4.2 If canceled within the first 24 hours, a processing fee of 15% of the invoice total shall be deducted.
4.3 If canceled after 24 hours, a cancellation charge of 25% of the invoice total shall be deducted.
4.4 All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@selfpublishingllc.com.
4.5 All communications must be conducted through the client’s registered email address.
4.6 If the client is non-responsive for ten (10) consecutive days, the money-back guarantee shall be void.
4.7 After three (3) delivery attempts or follow-up communications by the Company without a client response, the project shall be deemed accepted, and no refund shall be granted.
4.8 All prices listed on the Company’s website are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated.
Refunds may only be requested under the following conditions:
The initial publishing, design, or editorial concept delivered does not align with the client’s brief.
The refund request is made within 24 hours of receiving the initial work.

Refunds may take up to twenty-one (21) business days to be processed.
The Company’s money-back guarantee applies only to publishing and design service packages. It expressly excludes:
Book Marketing Services
Editing and Proofreading
SEO and Amazon Optimization
Author Websites, Hosting, and Domain Registration
ISBN Procurement and Legal Support
Packages purchased via third-party resellers or on behalf of another client
Purchases made by design agencies or professionals on behalf of their clients
8.1 In the event of a refund, all intellectual property rights, copyrights, and usage rights for any concepts, drafts, or files delivered shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Self Publishing LLC.
8.2 The client shall not use, replicate, or publish any refunded materials in any form.
9.1 The Company reserves the right to reject, cancel, or suspend any project at its sole discretion.
9.2 Misuse of this Policy, including but not limited to fraudulent claims or unethical behavior (e.g., submitting the same project to multiple agencies simultaneously), may result in permanent account suspension and denial of future services.
