“Client” refers to the individual or organization purchasing or using our services.
“Services” refers to all publishing-related services offered by the Company, including editing, design, formatting, marketing, and distribution.
The process begins with a free consultation or project briefing where we understand your goals, manuscript status, and publishing needs.
Once the scope of work is defined, a service agreement is shared. Upon mutual acceptance, a full or partial upfront payment is required to initiate services.
Our team begins work as per the agreed timeline. This may include editing, cover design, formatting, publishing setup, or marketing campaigns.
Clients will have the opportunity to review drafts or deliverables. Revisions (as per package) are allowed before final submission or publication.
Once the client approves the final work, the book is submitted for publishing and/or delivered through the platform selected (Amazon KDP, IngramSpark, etc.).
Payments must be made through authorized channels only.
Services are non-refundable once initiated unless specifically stated otherwise in the agreement.
If a client cancels after payment but before work begins, a partial refund (less administrative fees) may apply.
Provide accurate, original, and final content for editing, design, or formatting.
Respond to communication in a timely manner to avoid delays.
Secure necessary rights and permissions for any third-party material submitted.
Clients retain full ownership of their manuscript and content.
Self Publishing LLC retains the right to display project samples for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.
All client information and project materials are kept strictly confidential. We do not share or sell client information under any circumstances.
Self Publishing LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for third-party platform decisions, such as rejection or delays in publishing.
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at our discretion, especially in cases involving abusive behavior, policy violations, or illegal content.
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of any changes.
